Packers, ALL shifts - Full-time

1st shift 6am-2pm, $8.75 per hour
2nd shift 2pm-10pm, $9.63 per hour
3rd shift 10pm-6am, $10.06 per hour

Packer positions available in Woodstock, IL. All shifts are available, working Monday- Friday and Saturday for possible overtime.
Packer

Maintain good manufacturing, good housekeeping and safe operating practices.

Read and understand all assigned Standard Operating Procedures.

Work from written and verbal job instructions.

Proper use of all equipment and safety tools.

Visually inspect product and packaging containers for potential defects (i.e., illegible codes, inferior packaging, mislabeling, possible contaminates, improper count) and notify operator immediately if potential defects are found.

Responsible for ensuring assigned portion of the manufacturing process is in compliance with SOPs and batch records.

Routinely check product quality through inspection of product and packaging components.

Routinely check lots, control, expiration and part numbers against written documentation.

Check or weigh units for proper count and/or fill

Monitor machinery for jam-ups or other malfunctions.

Assist machine operator in performing line clearances with precise accounting and accurate identification of packaging/label materials.

Accurate reporting of scrap materials.

Sanitize, store, assemble and dissemble production equipment in a clean and sanitary manner to prevent malfunctions or contamination.

Other duties as assigned.

Ensure that a clean and orderly work area is maintained.

Transportation and meals are employee's responsibility.

Must be available for any required overtime hours.
