Warehouse Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

(38-50K based on experience) Are you looking for a position where you will play a key part in organizing; where you will be overseeing efficient performance and quality production of the warehouse employees? As the Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee the receiving, processing, packing and shipping of materials and parts. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor role: *Train and evaluate employees to ensure goals and that quality standards are met *Respond accordingly to inquiries and/or complaints from employees, customers, and dealers *Organize and delegate responsibilities to the warehouse employees *Supervise and discipline warehouse subordinates when necessary Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Supervisor: *A minimum one year of warehouse experience *Experience in a management or supervisory experience min of one year Experience in production planning, process improvements, and supervisory experience. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Ability to maneuver across a warehouse setting, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 70 pounds *An understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts *Strong experience with Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications of the Warehouse Supervisor: *Knowledge of agricultural parts, machinery and equipment *Knowledge of distribution, warehousing or logistics systems Education: High School Diploma or higer
