Focus Pointe Global, a leading market research company, is seeking PART-TIME employees to work VARIABLE HOURS as Client Service Representatives (CSR) for focus group facilitation in Downtown Chicago.
As a CSR, you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best experience to our clients. This position will require setting up and breaking down testing area, such as moving tables, chairs, etc. as well as maintaining client rooms, participant rooms, and kitchen. You will set up presentation equipment, greet clients & participants, serve & clear meals/snacks, run audio & video equipment and perform basic office/administrative and reception duties.
Hours are generally between the hours of 6AM-11PM. The days of the week and hours may vary. Hourly rate is $10 - $12 per hour.
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. High School Graduate or Some College experience preferred. Customer service, wait or host, experience is a plus.
We are looking for candidates who have an abundance of energy, poise and who exhibit professionalism at all times and will provide a warm and accommodating atmosphere to clients & respondents.
