ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Franchise office located at 77 Tarrytown Road, White Plains, NY. 10607

The Administrative Assistant is expected to perform a variety of clerical
and administrative duties. The Administrative Assistant is expected to
answer phones, and complete administrative duties.

Primary – Reports to Office Manager

• Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and
  knowledgeable manner
 
• Field new client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable
  manner with goal of scheduling a service call
•Input data and update as needed on Clearcare Home Care software system
 
• Assist with billing processing, including client invoices and
  CAREGiver payroll, filing as needed
 
• Assist with monthly schedules and maintaining accurate client and CAREGiver records
  in ClearCare, contacting clients regarding holidays
 
• Communicate client and CAREGiver concerns or problems
   with owner or other staff members as appropriate
 
• Make courtesy calls to remind CAREGivers of scheduled weekend shifts and request       confirmation calls
• Provide support for staff when out of office
 
• Full-time, Monday-Friday 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
