NeuroRestorative Kentucky is seeking a Program Support Coordinator to provide organizational assistance and clerical support to the Program throughout the participant programming and discharge.

Essential Job Functions

· Provides administrative support to program coordinators or managers.

· Completes ongoing required documentation for participants, such as monthly documentation and progress notes. Ensures that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with legal and corporate requirements.

· Communicates with appropriate staff if documentation is incomplete or unsatisfactory. Ensures that steps are taken to get documentation corrected.

· Completes weekly documentation audits and submits appropriately.

· Provides timely attention and response to information sent by various funding sources; DHS, Housing Authority, Social Security, etc.

· May document training for new employees and at new employee orientation.

· May provide intake services and track admissions and discharges and coordinate discharge reports.

· In support of individuals served by the program(s), may do one or more of the following:

§ Maintain consumer checkbooks and corresponding receipts

§ Reconcile bank statements

§ Generate individual monthly financial reports

§ Provide an accounting of funds to the legal guardian or individual on a quarterly basis.

Incident reporting and tracking

Residential house coverage/assistance as needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent. Some college preferred.
  • One to two years experience in office environment, healthcare or human services environment.

Core Competencies:

  • Dependability – Must be able to independently follow through with all aspects of programmatic assignments.
  • Team Orientation – Must effectively participate in an active multi-disciplinary therapeutic team environment and must actively be able to participate in program development.
  • Critical Decision Making – Must be decisive, confident and focused, and able to make good decisions related to program development and assignments.

Other Skills:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • CPR & First Aid Certified.
  • Complete CPI parts I & II.
  • Complete other training as required
