Qualifications:
Restaurant management experience: Demonstrating the ability to provide superior customer service and perform management tasks while maintaining the responsibilities of a fast paced work environment.
Customer service experience: Friendly with an engaging, outgoing personality; able to provide meaningful interaction with guests while performing the duties of running a shift.
Open availability: Must have availability that allows for a varied schedule which includes days, nights, and weekends.
Multi tasking skills: Understands the finesse of balancing the duties of management, customer service, and daily tasks of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
Committed to teamwork: Performs management responsibilities with integrity and honesty; working diligently and respectfully with team members and managers to provide excellent service to our guests. Punctuality: Everything you do will set an example for all members of the team and reporting to shift on time is no exception. Being reliable and dependable is incredibly important. The team is depending on you to set the tone for the day; daily preparedness is key to a successful shift.
Attitude: Professional conduct at all times is required. No matter what happens in your personal and professional life, maintaining a professional demeanor is necessary. Take the role of management seriously and interact in conversation and demeanor with other team members and customers with that role in mind.
Follow Company Standards: No matter your opinion of procedures, follow the portion control, cleaning schedule, and presentation guidelines at all times. If there are any questions about rules or practices, follow the appropriate chain of command to express concerns, while still maintaining and executing the guidelines for each shift.
