Collections - Full-time / Part-time

Collections positions available at North OKC client.

Duties may include:

• Contacting delinquent customers to collect past due payments and recoverable amounts
• Encourage the customer to make timely payments
• Identify potential opportunities for workouts in order to resolve the account's delinquency
• Handle accounts that are 60 to 180 days past due
• Make outbound calls and receives inbound calls as well

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of collections experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
