A client of ours in the Detroit area is looking to hire several Customer Service Associates. These positions involve responding to requests received via phone, e-mail, fax, online and hand delivery. It may include obtaining customer information and follow up with customers and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
* Ability to multi-task and meet daily production goals
* Respond to incoming calls/emails in a timely manner to ensure an efficient order process
* Research information from various portals
* Review documentation/information for accuracy
* Provide clients and vendors with exceptional customer service
* Such duties may be assigned from time-to-time by the Director of Leadership Development.
Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must display professionalism in communication and interaction with internal and external clients
* Experience in an office environment with knowledge of basic office equipment
* Experience working in a fast pace environment and the ability to work well within multiple teams
* Detail oriented and organized
* Flexible to work 50-55 hours a week including evening and rotating Saturday shifts
