Seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for upcoming tax season beginning in February
Several locations that are needing Bilingual Customer Service Representatives throughout the Houston area.
Qualifications
Must have minimum of 1 year of customer experience
Must be Bilingual in Spanish & English
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Must Exhibit Professionalism and have outstanding communication skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Will be answering and placing calls to schedule meetings with tax advisors
Will be servicing the caller with any questions and forward to correct advisor
This candidate will be in an office environment working with up to 10 employees
An ideal candidate will possess the following
Bilingual in Spanish
1 Plus year of experience in customer service type role
Ability to be a self starter
Must Exhibit Professionalism and have outstanding communication skills
