A company with multiple locations is currently seeking a qualified aircraft maintenance planner for the location in Reno, NV.
The aircraft maintenance planner will perform multiple duties to include but not be limited to:
-Schedule maintenance, modifications and SBs and initiate the personnel layout for projects; report on standards of performance (personnel and equipment).
-Maintain facility schedule using company software.
-Attend operational meetings and maintenance status update meetings; present timely reports on areas of responsibility; provide data to assist with proposal preparation.
-Monitor work in progress and communicate issues to the appropriate company personnel; communicate with customers, vendors, company managers, etc.
-Perform other related duties as needed.
The most qualified aircraft maintenance planner will have a minimum two (2) + years of aviation maintenance planning or aviation maintenance scheduling experience. The most qualified aircraft maintenance planner will have maintenance planning or maintenance scheduling experience in a 145 Repair Station environment. The qualified aircraft maintenance planner will have experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Visio.
