About this job

Responsibilities include:
-Answer main inbound lines (up to 500 calls per day)
-Monitor front door and make sure all visitors are handled professionally and efficiently
-Take payments from walk-in traffic and enter them into computer system
-Check the general voicemail box every morning
-Check and disperse faxes when necessary
-Log FedEx/Certified Mail/UPS
-Other responsibilities as assigned by the Administrative Manager and HR Manager

Required Skills and Abilities:
-Prior experience with Multi-Line Switchboards A MUST!!!!!!
-Functioning knowledge of Excel, Word and WordPerfect
-Extremely consistent attendance
-Positive attitude and professional demeanor
-High attention to detail is a must!
-Type 50 WPM
-Strong organizational skills
-Willingness to learn and adapt to a changing environment
-Bilingual a huge plus!!!
