Warehouse Supervisor

DISH Network has an employment opportunity for individuals with energy, intellect, and the need to achieve as a Warehouse Supervisor.

• High School diploma or general education (GED); 2 to 3 years of equivalent job experience, a minimum of 2 years prior supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Sound organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Intermediate computer expertise to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good written and verbal communication skills

• Overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Receiving/Shipping/Service warehouse.

• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.

• Ensures proper execution of all policies and procedures with regards to picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory controls.

• Plans layout of  warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover of items stored.

• Monitors and maintains inventory levels verses sales trends.

• Communicates/Coordinates with pack-out lines of product needed to support inventory levels
