Burger 21 is a gourmet burger experience without the gourmet price. Our 21 chef-inspired burgers are becoming the talk of the burger world. Ten beef and 10 non-beef burgers, along with a burger of the month, make up our 21 mouthwatering burgers. Salads, gourmet hot dogs, fresh breaded chicken tenders, regular and sweet potato fries, and hand-spun shakes round out our starting line-up. We also have an award-winning gluten-free menu.

We are seeking team members for the following positions:
FRONT OF HOUSE -- Our ideal Front of House team member is guest-focused with strong customer service skills. The team member must be highly motivated, friendly and always willing to go above and beyond for the guest. The Front of House team member will be a part of one of the following teams:
o TAKERS -- The menu experts with great communication skills, Takers greet guests and enter orders with enthusiasm and a smile.
o MOVERS -- Energetic and attentive, Movers deliver the Burger 21 experience to each and every guest, and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
o SHAKERS -- Masters of the art of the hand-spun shake, Shakers excel at both food preparation and exceptional customer care.
HEART OF HOUSE -- Our ideal Heart of House team member is food-focused with strong cooking and communication skills. The team member must be energetic and collaborate well with fellow team members. The Heart of House team member will be a part of one of the following teams:
o PREP -- Press burgers, make sauces and create the foundation for the Burger 21 way.
o COLD -- An integral part of the line, start meals off right with the Burger 21 cold ingredients.
o GRILL -- No Burger 21 meal is complete without a skillful pass on our grill.
o SAUCE/FRY -- The finishing touch, sauce up our burgers and add delicious Burger 21 fries.
