We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support for our clients legal department. This position will be managing the day-to-day administrative functions for the VP of legal. This candidate will need to be proficient using Microsoft Office Software, scheduling traveling arrangements and creating emails. Below are skills needed to be considered for this position.

Position Tasks:

  • Provide administrative assistance to an executive
  • Organize and prioritize work assignments related to the clerical operations of a law office
  • Perform complex legal clerical work
  • Communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
  • Compose, edit, and format complex correspondence and reports

Required Experience:

  • 1-4+ years of legal or law office administrative experience
  • Proficient within Excel
  • Knowledge of basic legal policy

System Experience:

This candidate is required to be proficient within Excel
