Job Summary

  • To help monitor processes and product quality during outpack operations
  • Train and explain processes and procedures to new employees

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Training new employees on their 1st day
  • Explanation of products and procedures for new employees
  • Conduct frequent checks of lot #'s, labels, and paperwork to ensure accuracy
  • Work with team leader and management to ensure product is shipped in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • 1+ years in a manufacturing / warehouse environment
  • English / Spanish bi-lingual is a big plus
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be flexible to hours worked due to business needs (8 - 12 hours daily as needed) and Saturdays
