Welcome to Bowlmor—and prepare to scrap everything you thought bowling could (or should) be. We’re performing a total “re-do”—a radical departure from the “bowling as usual” experience—and we’re looking for super-special folks like you to help us usher forth a new era in sports, dining, and casual entertainment. It’s a tall order… think you’re up for it? If so, read on. (If not, please fold this info sheet into your choice of a paper airplane, paper fortune-teller, or origami crane. Just kidding—cranes are super-hard to make.)

Attached is a list of the team member roles that we are currently looking to fill. If you are extended an offer of employment you will be asked to consent to a background check as a part of our hiring process, (and some positions may also require a drug test).

At the end of today’s activities, we’ll call names—“recess-style”—of all those who will be moving forward in the interview process. Lead Cook / Sous Chef

The Lead Cook acts as a “resident squad leader” in the kitchen and assists in some management duties as well. She/he prepares mouthwatering food and beverages for our customers in a way they would never expect from bowling center cuisine. The Lead Cook is not just a great cook—he/she is a visionary and director, creating new and exciting culinary options for special groups or guests in accordance with the Bowlmor Food and Beverage criteria and maintaining the sanitation and organization of cooking and serving areas according to local and Bowlmor Guidelines. In addition, she/he communicates and trains other kitchen staff on changes to food and beverage options, upgrades, and presentation.
