THE ROLE
This will play a key role in providing operations and logistical support to our franchise partner network. This includes but is not limited to the planning, scheduling, and transportation of material to the franchise network. He/She will work closely with our franchise partners to ensure they have a solid understanding of our process and procedures and will be instrumental in driving and meeting established metrics; concurrently he/she will build and strengthen our partner relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Review project orders for accuracy.
* Enforce protocols to enable fast and error-free order processing and fulfillment.
* Instruct network partners in proper ordering and logistics processes.
* Actively review franchise pipeline to ensure projects are being approved, scheduled and shipped in timely manner.
* Assist team with continuous operational improvement and best practices.
* Create and maintain progress reports as required; including but not limited to shipping and internal/external metrics.
* Update inventory management, order-processing systems and data and communicate to staff regarding issues.
* Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits.
* Review franchise partner shipment requests to ensure supply chain ability to fulfill.
* Review shipping schedule with warehouse manager to ensure compliance with franchise partner expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors Degree with an emphasis on Operations Management preferred.
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
* 3-5 years of scheduling, planning and logistics experience.
* Exceptional communication skills; including written and interpersonal.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Experience developing new processes and procedures.
* Strong understanding of lean and process improvement.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
* Customer centric approach to provide value to franchise partners while meeting business goals.
