Function

-Provide customer service by completing customer requests and/or resolving

issues in a timely manner.

-Accurately and efficiently complete all transactions and

paperwork, adhering to all company policies & procedures.

-Make storewide announcements over public address system.

-Handle layaway storage, maintain records, receive payments

and release merchandise.

-Gift wrap customers purchases following company standards

and procedures

Requirements

-Prior retail and/or customer service experience.

-Ability and desire to work well with the public, management and

co-workers.

-Communication; verbal, written and by telephone with customers,

co-workers and management,

-Possess basic math skills.

-Ability to learn selling skills and to operate a POS register and telxon.

-Favorable criminal history and credit report required.

-Available to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including

evenings and weekends.
