American Natural owns and operates convenience stores in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
Main objective of the Sales Associate position:
The Sales Associate position is primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer service and interaction with customers in an upbeat and energetic way.
An ideal candidate is someone that enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ringing all sales, fuel and lottery transactions quickly and accurately.
Ensuring that our store is clean and products are fully stocked.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. not required
Experience in Retail is helpful but not necessary
Knowledge:
Customer and Personal Service
Knowledge of basic arithmetic
Knowledge of the English language
Skills:
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.
Must display a positive attitude and assist each other when necessary to serve customers and each other. Teamwork.
Physical Requirements:
Must have a good stamina level to endure 7 - 10 hour shifts that may involve as much as 5 - 7 hours of standing and infrequent sitting.
