Assistant Superintendent - Full-time / Part-time

Our client is looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to there team. Our client is a large general contractor that services Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island and they are looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience in construction management. This person should also have and who has who has a background working on projects over $5 million. They are also looking for this person to have experience with ground up construction and have experience working on assisted living, multifamily residential, and commercial retail projects. This person does not need a MA CSL but it would be a plus.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years in a construction management role.
• Experience working on group-up construction projects.
• Experience working on assisted living, multifamily residential, and commercial retail projects.
• Working in a team environment.
• Project background over $5 Million.
