Job Description:

  • Key information into company databases to keep accurate records of technical service requests and complaints.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customers regarding status and product requests.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues customers have according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Call customers when necessary to advise them of necessary information needed to process requests.
  • Initiate orders for replacement parts and for correction of basic errors such as shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.
  • Complete maintenance on customer files to track issues and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle customer's complaints and issues in a professional manner and provide excellent follow up regarding service failures and customer concerns.
