Accounting Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek Professional Services is currently hiring on the following Accounting Assistant position:

On a day to day basis, this person will be doing a lot of data entry into the AS400 system that they use- alphanumeric entries and must pass data entry test.
- They will be working with vendors and resolving issues

- They will be entering items into accounts

- Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable

- Calling on customers to resolve any collection issues

- Working to get invoices paid

- Inputting shop work orders

- Managing semi-monthly operating settlements
