Sales Representative - Full-time / Part-time

A company in the Greater Cleveland area is currently seeking a Sales Representative to do the following:

• Work on site at Open Houses collecting marketing and selling the houses
• Answering questions and show houses to potential buyers
• Being "the face" of the company to potential customers
• Handling the administrative work associated with setting up appointments and getting people logged into their system
• Responsible for driving traffic into the open houses and closing on the sale
• Once through the training period this will ultimately move to a 100% commissioned job (on average sales ppl make 115K)

Will be responsible for a community in their one of their Cleveland divisions based on the candidates home

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of commissioned sales experience
• Outgoing, competitive nature
• Need to have a proven track record of successful sales
• Passion for sales and working with people is a must
