Customer Service - Data Entry
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with installers, customers and representatives from corporate departments to independently and accurately enter customer information into Mastermind database.?
- Verifies customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Update customer accounts as needed, including but not limited to account contact information, telephone numbers and emergency contacts.?
- Manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries to the database for accuracy.?
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.?
- Contact emergency agencies for verification purposes.?
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.?
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant data entry experience
- Computer literate, knowledgeable in Word, Excel and database management capabilities
- Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently, multitask and prioritize work
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and superiors

The pay rate is $48per hour, you will also be paid $28 per hour during the training session
