Job Description: As a Project Manager in the Auto Finance and Student Lending Customer Experience Organization, you will drive, direct and control medium scale projects / initiatives with targeted partners from various businesses and functional areas across the organization. This position will also support the PMO and Support Organizations managers by creating executive reporting, business reviews, managing intake and performance communication. You will... Develop and manage reporting and communication tools. Work with business leadership to define, prioritize and achieve strategic objectives and, ensuring projects delivered meet the approved business requirements. Produce detailed project and/or readiness plan that will be the base document to define deliverables, milestones and roles & responsibilities Liaison with senior project sponsors, business stakeholders, Communications, Subject Matter Experts, Technology and other internal/external customers. Identify issues and risks, developing effective risk management approaches and solutions Assemble project teams, identify resource and/or schedule conflicts, manage change control, function as an escalation point to keep all parties aware of new and ongoing tasks, assist in the facilitation of issue resolution Lead/participate in meetings at the operational and project level Provide continuous feedback on project status and ensure project(s) track to original expectations Demonstrate leadership and appropriate decision making competencies Required Skills, Experience: 2 or more years of project management experience Experience with Process Improvement initiatives Proficiency with MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel Strong Presentation Skills Additional Details: Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour Hours: Core hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM Employment Type: contract Limited medical and dental coverage for contractors and their families available immediately Opportunities for professional growth.
