Our Graveyard Customer Service and Engagement Representatives fully engage our card members by responding to inbound customer service calls in reference to credit card transactions, products, services, fees, billing errors, payments, or any other customer related inquiries.

Our Customer Service and Engagement Representatives will utilize their Friendly, Helpful, and Refreshing personalities to effectively respond to our customers’ inquiries as well as find opportunities to inform our card members of additional services such as card usage benefits and our world-class Cash Back Bonus Program.

Qualifications

Amazing Customer Service - Engagement Account Managers Have;
•Outstanding customer engagement skills.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, active listening, and complex problem solving skills.
•Must provide excellent customer service to create memorable experiences.
•Ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented environment while ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures.
•High level of enthusiasm and professionalism.
•Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
•Must be willing to learn and promote card usage to our customers.
•Ability to effectively work in a team environment, and demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and equipment.
If you have provided GREAT Customer Service in any of the following areas, wed love to meet you;
• Retail

• Food Service (Waiter/Waitress)
• Hospitality/Hotel

Start Date: February 23rd
Paid Training Schedule: 3pm-11:30pm (5 weeks)
Schedule after training: 10:30pm-6am
