We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Payer Marketing organization. You will be part of a dynamic marketing team that supports payer sales targets through messaging and content marketing to health plan audience. This position is a key contributor for solution messaging and marketing. 

This position will provide a strategic vision and collaborative approach to marketing planning that supports the growth goals of the business. The ideal candidate will have the creativity and innovation to support the business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Contributing to and executing a marketing plan
  • Critical Thinking: Demonstrate market knowledge and recommend communication path based on goals
  • Enabling our sales teams
  • Lead cross functional Teams
  • Business to business marketing
  • Utilizing research and data to build messaging
  • Digital and content marketing
  • Messaging to cross functional internal audiences 
  • Application of multiple communication tools, communication channels and vehicles
  • Basic understanding of industry, business and financial goals of organization, and status against 
  • Development and articulation of key value messages and translation of technical jargon

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising.

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing or Marketing experience. 
  • Previous experience leading cross functional teams.
  • Previous experience defining Marketing strategies  
  • Previous experience working in a deadline driven environment.

  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Previous experience working Adobe Professional.

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Previous On Demand Marketing and results reporting experience.
