Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provide product and/or regulatory training to clients and business partners

  • Triage reimbursement and product issues from clients and business partners

  • Work on Product filings

  • Work closely with internal and external regulatory and compliance personnel

  • Respond to inquiries, requests and actions by state regulators, including complaints and requests for assistance

  • May be responsible for completing multi-state product filings, filing of provider contracts, other filings, legal research, report generation including CAP management/monitoring for one or more states

  • Track new laws and regulations in coordination with Government Affairs and support changes to ensure compliance Analyzes and investigates

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years of experience in a health care regulatory environment

  • 1+ years of experience with facility coding, compliance, or reimbursement including outpatient reimbursement methodology

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Managed care, and/or compliance expertise
