Bank Customer Service Agent - Sioux Falls Manpower is currently hiring qualified candidates as Contact Center employees for a reputable company in Sioux Falls, SD. As a full-time employee for our client, you'll play an integral role in speaking with valued customers and resolving important issue. Don't have experience in Contact Center environments? Not a problem. As a Contact Center Agent; you will research and resolve customer service questions, inquiries, requests and problems in an accurate, timely and empathetic manner. Responsibilities *Constantly reflecting a positive/professional image of the company *Consistently meets the requirements of the position *Provides accurate information to customers staying informed about services, policy changes, procedures and procedures. *Gains customer interest in services and products. Training class begins on February 16th. Training is 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday for the 5 weeks. After training (paid), we are recruiting full-time candidates (40 hours) who are available for a variety of shifts (usually one or both weekend days), one to fit every schedule! Minimum Qualifications *High school diploma or equivalent (working toward 2 or 4-year college degree preferable) *9 months customer service experience (12 months preferred) *Demonstrated organization and communication skills *Ability to prioritize work *Internet and keyboard experience needed.
