Responsibilities:
As a Shift Manager you will work closely with our Store Managers to conduct day-to-day store operations efficiently. You'll be responsible for:
* Maximizing sales by providing excellent customer service
* Merchandising product
* Maintaining appropriate stock levels
* Maintaining excellent cash handling
* Maintaining excellent cleanliness standards
Shift Managers receive an hourly premium during the hours they are responsible for store operations. The remaining hours will be spent performing Store Associate responsibilities. It is the perfect position for someone who is looking to develop their leadership skills in preparation for a full-time management position!

Requirements:
Shift Managers must meet the following:
* 2+ year of experience in Retail/Restaurant environment
* At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
* Must be reliable with the ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends with availability between 5am-11pm.
* Ability to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 lbs.
* Successful completion of drug screening and background checks.
* Friendly and outgoing communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
* Stable work history
