General Production Worker - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for candidates for a local production company! Need people with strong work ethic, great attendance record, and the willingness to learn and grow with the company. There are a number of different jobs available throughout the plant, will discuss specifics during interview.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain a clean work environment
2. Responsible for minimizing product loss
3. Responsible for performing basic Quality Assurance functions
4. Follow all plant safety, USDA, SQF, and GMP guidelines
5. Responsible for taking ownership of the Food Safety and Food Quality elements within the entire production process
6. Responsible for all record keeping and documentation pertinent to production
7. Demonstrate a knowledge of MSDS
8. Responsible for promoting open, honest communication between team members
9. Responsible for accurately performing OPM-related functions of packaging materials and ingredients
10. Responsible for filling, ingredient blending, hand-packing and palletizing of the pretzel products
