Contract Recruiter

Our client is looking for a contract recruiter for a 3+ month contract in their Northern Virginia office.

Responsibilities:

This contract recruiter will be supporting the internal recruiting team on positions in the construction and engineering space. Qualified contract recruiters will have experience working for a government contractor and recruiting candidates for CONUS and OCONUS positions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 3+ years of recruiting in the construction, engineering &/or O&M space preferably for a government contractor (Biggest competitors - AECOM, Fluor)
• Must have experience with full life cycle recruiting (they may have this person just source potential candidates and not follow through with the interviews/paperwork/etc because of the learning curve on their processes)
• Experience recruiting in LinkedIn and working within applicant tracking systems (they work within one that is not very common and will train on how to use it)
