We currently have a Full Time Footwear Sales Lead positionavailable. A brief description of the position and some of the responsibilitiesare as follows:Overall maintenance of the apparel department in terms ofcleanliness, price accuracy, MES standards, merchandise in stocks, stock roomorganization as well as the training and development of associates. The expectation is that our Sales Leaders arepersonally involved in driving sales in their departments through salestracking, merchandise requests, and exceptional customer service. This position requires the commitment andstrong leadership abilities. Availability be open and a sales leader must meet ability to work fulltime and requires flexibility in scheduling which includes, weekends, nights,holidays, overnights and/or early mornings. Interviews for the Footwear Sales Lead position will bescheduled throughout the month of January and early February. Our districtstore manager, Scott Bonsall, may also be a part of the interview process.
