The Field Service Manager is responsible for the service delivery to the Client and for the technical and overall development of the Engineers.Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Field Operations:- Responsible for ensuring customer requirements of fishing and remedial Tools .Maintains close client contacts and ensures awareness of proposed client activity. - Maintain high level of service quality with pro-active in customer relations, ensure that all tools and equipment is available and in good working order, and provide technical advice and expertise to field engineers and customers. maintaining a close working with client and the base operations team. - Plans and submits for the Operations Managers approval, requirements regarding Personnel and equipment. - Organizes and controls the maintenance of all equipment in accordance with the procedures. - Ensures that the operating cells are adequately equipped, as per Service Segment policies, to provide adequate working and maintenance facilities. - Controls storage, inventories of supplies and fixed assets on the rigs and in the shop. Previous Experience and Competencies: Graduate Engineer with High level of computer skills including the MS Office suite . At least five to Seven years experience with in all aspects of fishing and remedial operations A good knowledge of down hole tools and fishing equipment and an understanding of down hole conditions Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the deployment of Whipstocks and Window milling Extensive equipment and product knowledge Experience managing staff Strong QHSE procedural knowledge A high mechanical aptitude.Published Description: The Field Service Manager is responsible for the service delivery to the Client and for the technical and overall development of the Engineers.
