As a Business Analysis Consultant, you will be empowered to support short and long term operational/strategic business activities; develop, enhance and maintain operational information and models that will have an impact on business decisions. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Elicit business requirements from stakeholders; document business requirements; identify problems that need to be solved; understand stakeholder pain points, what keeps them up at night, and any roadblocks to growth 
  • Write process flows, swim lane diagrams and solution context documents
  • Work with User Experience team to do wireframes/mockups
  • Write user stories in Rally, work with development team to get stories defined, participate in sprint planning, give demo to stakeholders in stage environment, UAT
  • Work with systems analysts to define solutions
  • Data work – Define file layouts; understand upstream/downstream impacts to data flow
  • Training – Do training sessions with end users (via WebEx); work with Documentation team to write task-based training guides.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • 5+ years of product development experience
  • Must have some technical skills, including experience with data exchanges
  • Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED plus 3+ years equivalent experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prefer experience with Agile
    methodology
  • Prefer experience with health care
    risk adjustment and/or compliance; Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and Commercial
    Exchanges
  • Previous Project Management
    experience
