Packaging Assistants

Aerotek is currently in need of a few 3rd Shift Packaging Assistants to assist with assembling kits and materials for an manufacturer of chemical products. The position will require candidates to work a 12 hour shift from 6PM - 6AM, on rotating days. Candidates must be flexible, have strong initiative and be interested in becoming a permanent unioned employee after 4 months of service.

The responsibilities of the Operations/Packaging Assistants include but are not limited to the following:

* Receiving raw materials and distributing them to the appropriate departments.
* Assisting with assembling kits and packaging materials with instructions.
* Carrying out research activities.
* Be able to read and write reports pertaining to project
* Communicate results to all levels of management and team.
* Maintaining clear, complete and accurate records of all procedures, results and conclusions in laboratory notebook.
* Will be responsible for other tasks as assigned.

Candidates must have a verifyable HS diploma or GED

Previous manufacturing or production experience is a definite plus.
