Customer Service Specialist

Our client is looking for a customer service representative to porvide support between thier clients and internal customers.

They will be the fist line of support for customers calling in with potential account or credit card issues.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Operations Services (COS) acts as a single point of contacts for our external customers and internal business partners
- Completes analysis of wide variety of customer business and technical inquiries, providing end-to-end ownership and communication of the outcomes
Purpose of job
- Provide operational and technical support for customers analyzing a wide variety of issues, determine needed actions, and follow through to resolution
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and handle and resolve customer issues via telephone and electronic communications (e-mail, chat messaging)

Must be flexible to work between 6pm-6am Sunday - Thursday

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in IT related field Preferred

2-3 years customer service or technical support experience
