Bilingual Customer Service Representatives - Full-time / Part-time

A Security Company in Tempe, Arizona is currently hiring BiLingual Customer Service Representatives AND Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representatives.

The Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for the following:

• answering incomfing calls including billing and invoiving, changing account information, account retention, and a diversity of customer related calls
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and schedule service calls with customers
• Save accounts of customers attempting to cancel
• 90% of your calls during your shift are incoming
• Calls will be made on a dialer, 10% outbound calls

The Customer Service Representative should have these qualifications:

• Customer service experience (call center, or face-to-face with computer knowledge)
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Computer Skills
• Minimum Typing speed of 35 WPM
• ABILITY TO WORK DIVERSE HOURS FROM 6AM-12AM, 7 DAYS A WEEK ,AND HOLIDAYS

Pay Scale:

Non-Bilingual $11.50-13/hr

Bilingual $15-16/hr
