We are currently looking for a cornerstone. A main pillar. The base on which the entire Denver business will be built. We are looking for a friendly, energetic and hardworking individual with an entrepreneurial mindset that can provide exceptional customer service and gets our shoppers to ask for more. You will be building relationships with artisans, managing our routes, and ensuring great deliveries to our awesome customers, with only the tastiest foods provided by our community of artisans.

Job Title: Denver Market Manager

Responsibilities:

The Operator

Review customer orders and plan work activities to accomplish timely delivery.
Deliver orders to customers, home or office and pickup goods from our local vendors.
The Fixer

Address customer & vendor concerns and Fix them.
Monitor orders/inventory to prevent product shortages and develop processes to eliminate potential shortages.
The Organizer

Receive, verify, and stock shelves with all incoming product and note any discrepancies.
Establish the data and tools required to achieve methodically.
Maintain quality assurance functions for outgoing orders.
On-time deliveries and vendor pickups are a must.
Job Requirements:

Previous customer service, delivery driving and/or operations experience.
Maintain a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations.
Ability to maintain and grow relationships with customers and artisans.
Proven ability to multitask, set and manage priorities based on customer requirements.
Strong attention to detail aEUR" that's the key to exceptional service!
Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Great communication skills, customer skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Personal car/Van/Box Truck in good working condition and with valid insurance that you are willing to use for Artizone deliveries (paid for of course) is a plus.
Able to comply with working in a tobacco-free environment.
