Primary Responsibilities:

• Owns an end to end process


• Develops functional, market level, and/or site strategy, plans, production and/or organizational priorities


• Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems outside own team


• Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact entire functions and/or customer accounts (internal or


• external)


• Partner with internal and external marketing teams to lead the marketing activities for innovative products and services

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree


• 9+ years people management experience


• 9+ years of marketing experience with in a matrix organization


• 9+ years experience in a deadline driven environment


• 9+ years proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint


• 9+ years experience demonstrating organization skills


• 9+ years experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables


• 9+ years experience in meeting or exceeding sales promotion/marketing targets


• 9+ years experience influencing and collaborating with others


• 9+ years project management experience


• Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
