TIG WELDER

Aerotek is seeking a Welder for boilers and rotating equipment for a boiler repair company within the power industry. Must be comfortable with travel

Job Description:

100% Travel throughout PA, NJ, NY, MD, WV, VA

Project duration: 12 weeks

3-5 years experience working with boilers and rotating equipment

Welding experience is a plus

Individual who will be responsible for performing various mechanical, maintenance and repair work including the inspection and maintenance work required for boilers and rotating equipment

The technician may inspect and adjust the mechanical alignment of rotating equipment.

Will be using a variety of hand tools, (ie plyers, wrentches, screw drivers, crimpers, pry bar, socket wrentches, hand drill.) to perform the work.
