Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a large company in Westerville; the CSRs will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Sell travel arrangements and services
- Answering customer's questions regarding the travel program
- Selecting and explaining the best solution in response to service/product issues

Must have the following qualifications/experience:
- 1+ years' call center/customer service experience
- 1+ years data entry experience
- High School Diploma
- Sales and/or travel experience is highly preferred

Schedule:

The call center hours of operation are 6am - 12am, 7 days a week; Candidates MUST be willing and available to work a schedule within these timeframes.
