Picker - Full-time / Part-time

I am currently hiring several qualified manufacturing candidates that are seeking long term employment. The company receives products to help companies run such as motors, belts, bearing etc and distribute to several different suppliers. This individual will be picking and packing these products. Using a RF Scanner and printer to distribute to correct location. The facility is clean and safe that provides heat in the winter. Good group of people and some long tenure. These individuals should be able to lift up to 50 lbs. If you can use a RF Scanner or Forklift this is a plus but not a requirement.

This is a 1st shift position, M-F opportunity.

Once you are consistent with keeping 64 lines (products on shelves) in one hour you will receive a $1 raise at $11.50. After your 90 day review and the individual has good attendance, accuracy, and keeping up with goals you will go perm and receive a 50 cent raise. After another 6 months there is a chance of receiving at least another 50 cents raise depending on your work.
