CAPITOL BROADBAND is looking for self motivated individuals to join a fast growing company that installs Cable, Internet and Phone services. We are a managed services provider (MSP) that also manages our own data center in-house. Our company is a one-stop shop for all of our Professional clients' needs. Our staff must be extremely professional, first and foremost; and technically capable secondarily. Everyday involves something different; our environment is never boring!
This is a team-like atmosphere, where we work together to take care of every client. The Service Desk Dispatcher will be responsible for providing first level support and basic troubleshooting services to ensure that complaints are addressed with sustainable solutions and operations are running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain more experience with IT support in a professional setting.
Before an offer can be made, the candidate must also pass a back-ground check.
DISPATCHER:
Qualifications:
*Hard working.
*Must be familiar with office programs and be able to type 35 words per minute
*Time-management skills and the ability to work independently
*Strong customer service skills in a fast paced environment.
*Courteous and good communication skills.
*Be reliable and available all days and shifts.
*Must speak and read English
$10.00 HR starting pay, but will vary depending on cable dispatching experience.
Job Requirements:
* Valid/Current Driver's License
* Valid/Current Social Security Card
* MUST pass a background check and Drug Test (No Felonies)
