CAC Project Manager - Hospital Systems - Multiple Locations - Full-time / Part-time

• Proven experience in proactively driving project teams to successful, on-time completion


• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment


• Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to effectively communicate across multiple disciplines


• High level of dedication and ability to work independently

• 10+ years Project Management experience where deadlines and deliverables are met on or ahead of schedule


• 5+ years of demonstrated experience working face to face with key customer stakeholders


• 5+ years or more technical software deployment experience in a Healthcare environment


• 5+ years of total experience with one or more of the following:  electronic medical record systems (EMR), hospital information systems (HIS), billing companies, medical record coding/auditing


• 5+ years of experience in indirect personnel management (matrix management) including fostering collaboration among teams and contributing to professional career development of team members


• Intermediate knowledge of hospital financial management


• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time 


• Experience interfacing with CxO level executives


• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Project, Excel, Word & Power Point


• Ability to lead matrix teams and mentor other resources as needed


• This role is the key driver of the collaborative team and the face to the client

• Experience with Planview


• Implementing a SAAS Model software system


• Familiarity with HLD


• Usage of MS SharePoint


• Technical Writing experience
