Positions Available: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation Specialist
Job Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment
• Strong Alpha Numeric and 10-Key entry skills
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to navigate between various screens in MS Excel and other in-house programs
• Prior accounting experience, knowledge of invoice processing, or educational experience helpful
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills required to perform successfully
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, some overtime allowed
To be considered, you will have to complete and pass a series of skills assessments. Testing will be sent to your e-mail address on file. This testing must be completed immediately for consideration of openings. Be sure to test on a desktop versus a laptop for best results.
Background check/drug screen required. Positions are temp-hire.
