Responsibilities:
* Contributes to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments
* Takes part in and completes duties alongside other staff members
* Follows inventory control procedures and guidelines
* Follows Orange Leaf's operational policy and procedures, including those for cash handling
* Acts with integrity, honesty and maturity
* Proficient in each area of the store in order to help wherever needed
* Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout store and ensure excellent customer service.
* Work as a team to prepare store for each shift
* Ability to manage time effectively while meeting all job responsibilities
* Maintains a positive work environment for team members and guests during shift
* Follows customer service guideline, and is an example of excellent customer service for staff
* Prepares yogurts and toppings
* Check food quality throughout shift
