Phone Sales Representative - Full Time (Chester, NY) - Full-time

Well established parts distribution company located in Chester NY is looking for a full time sales support and customer assistance agent. This candidate must be an energetic, self starter with a background in sales customer service. NO COLD CALLING, customers call in from the website already wating to place orders. Work hours of operation are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Performs the functions of a service associate to include initiating and following up with customers.

* Assists customer sales, pricing, and availability of merchandize

* Resolve problems, answer questions and correspond daily with customers

* Take phone calls to give product information and specifications to callers

* Work with customer on any lost or misdirected shipments to customers

* Take sales calls to manually enter orders

* Help direct customers with warranty issues, service locations, parts

Qualifications:

* Prior customer service / phone experience

* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced setting

* Computer experience

* Ability to communicate effectively

* Detailed oriented and organized

* Must be comfortable working in an office setting

* Ability to Lead and manage a team of 4 - 5 a plus!

This is a full time position Monday through Friday 9am - 5:30pm EST. There are no work weekends or overtime past 5:30pm. Compensation: Negotiable, Commission Bonuses, 401K and profit sharing plan. PLEASE INCLUDE a resume when responding - thanks!
