Job Summary

Responsible for leading the fulfillment team to ensure all safety, quality, and operational goals are attained. Supervise,coordinate, develop, and train work order processing, including procurement and billing activities and associates.


Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Oversees the processing of work orders, consumption reports, demand forecasting, and the issuance of work assignments.
- Interviews, selects, and trains associates. Explains and demonstrates work tasks to new workers or assigns experienced workers for on-the-job training. Manages performance reviews for direct reports.
- Ensures that work orders, purchase orders, and invoices are complete and accurate. Confers with customers, management, and sub-contractors to exchange order-related information and resolve problems.
- Integrates data and reports on various technical platforms.
- Manages reporting of daily fill rates and resolves fill issues.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, and guidelines on efficient fulfillment while maintaining daily goals and metrics. Ensures safety, productivity, and quality in all fulfillment operations.
- Ensures personnel productivity and accuracy of work orders, purchase orders and invoices. Ensures associates have the right tools and training for the job. Recommends and implements measures to improve associate motivation, performance, work producitity and quality, and overall customer support.

Nature and Scope
- Experience provides solutions.
- Ensure that work is performed consistently with HD Supply policies and procedures.
- Leads a group or team of support, craft, or lower level professional associates.

Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age
- Must pass the Drug Test
- Must pass the Background Check
- Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable

Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 5+ years experience in related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of order entry and customer service experience.
- 1 + years of supervisory experience required.
- SAP, ERP, and job cost experience.
- Flooring or construction industry experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
