Jiffy lube is seeking Individuals to Join our fast growing family ran business. We are currently looking for the right person to enroll in to our Manager In training Program. Prior automotive experience is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. We are looking for people who treat their occupation as more of a Life style then just a simple job. Those who manage our stores must know the true meaning of ownership. The following are some of the requirements to be a manager for us.
* Be able to work 45 hours per week and is available Monday, Fridays and Saturdays.
* Be able to work at multiple stores while in the training program
* Have the ability to follow step by step procedures and Delegate
* Be able to deal with difficult situations effectively with both customers and employees.
* Have an understanding of inventory, COGS, labor, ordering procedures and scheduling.
* Administer all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook with the maximum Concern.
* Take responsible for actions and those who work under you.
All GM positions Include paid vacation and insurance options after 1 year with the company. Every Manager is also eligible for bonuses.
